On January 25, 2015, the congregation of Fredonia Presbyterian Church met after worship to celebrate God’s blessings to us over the past year. Through the generosity of our congregation and church friends, we were able to pay all of our obligations. Particularly exciting was that the longest report was from our mission committee – two pages. In addition to our general ministries for hunger, children in need in Pakistan (girl’s education) and Africa (AIDS orphans), support of the local migrant worker’s children center, health kits for disaster victims, donations and more, we have added our Equal Exchange ministry, the Fredonia Food Pantry and the Feeding Fredonia Challenge. It has been an exciting and fulfilling year. God has been good to us and we are rejoicing in all of these opportunities to make a difference. We are also thankful for our children, the music ministry, and our fellowship. God has been good to us in 2014 and we are excited about 2015.
