-
Is this swiftly changing world with its many outer distractions pulling you out of your center?
-
Are you struggling to establish a disciplined meditative practice that meets your needs of body, mind, spirit?
-
Do you feel like you need an unplug and restart so that you can bring the best you to the world?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this series is built for you. If you answered yes to more than one, then do yourself the favor of signing up for this class series today.

Is this Religious?
Good question. At this church, we're not going to "try and save you" or evangelize. This is going to be a part of our church's Lenten practices, but we welcome and respect those with other or no religion. It is crafted to be for the public. The teacher, Mark, will be using voices from a variety of religions. So, is this a religious practice? That answer will be based on the individual person and the reasons they are entering this moment. For some it will be a way to connect with the Holy, for others it will be a reason to better themselves, for others the practice may be wide open for interpretation. We're here to walk with you, not challenge your beliefs or guilt you into anything.
